Started reading this seriously today, I had been reading a few pages at a time at night every once in a while, but since I’m done with strength of the few I’ll focus on this now. Maybe finish it between today and tomorrow? It’s pretty short

Ofc the dad is evil and ofc he recorded the convo and ofc the fbi is there and ofc the brother who was halfway across the continent is there at precisely the right moment!! BULL. SHIT. I hate this crap

Yknow it’s bad news when I’m reading 4 books at the same time because it takes me a thousand times longer to finish each one😭

This isn’t really a hate read but it might become one. Also I’m reading this in Spanish (which I never do) and I can’t tell if it’s bad writing due to translation or if the source material is straight up just bad. Also, it’s in Spain Spanish which sucks ASS

I can already tell this is gonna be a slow read. Not sure I’m liking the triple pov, lowkey more interested in Rome vis >>> Egypt vis >> Celtic vis

Spend the chapters wishing to get to the pov I enjoy 😫 (generally I hate it when I’m forced to follow characters/stories that didn’t exist in book 1). Also this worldbuilding is nothing like book 1 it’s crazy they’re the same series honestly

Read for one day a while back and didn’t touch it again; here we go again (start date is my estimate cuz I didn’t log it originally). A little more YA than I would’ve liked so far but I have hopes it’ll get better 🤧 she’s also lowkey acting like a loser which pisses me off

Also this seems deceptively small why is it over 500 pages😫 is there really that much to say??
