I found an old version in a little free library and decided to buy the most recent edition. As someone who does research and writing as the major part of my work, I wish that this text had been assigned to me as an undergrad or grad student. I cannot emphasize enough how useful it has already been to my work. I wish I had found this book 20 years ago.

El-Mohtar has a way with words.

I wish that one of my professors in my undergraduate or graduate education had assigned me this book. No shit, having read this book earlier would have made my career so much better. I can’t believe I discovered this by finding a copy in a Little Free Library.

I’m reading this book while the U.S.-Israel-Iran war destroys global demand for oil and LNG and boy is that additional dimension interesting.

This was probably my fourth re-read and I still love this book.

So far this book is awesome
