I hate time travel. Let me repeat, I HATE TIME TRAVEL. The concept makes my head hurt because you're not just going back in time, you're going to a specific timeline and what you return to might not be the same timeline but a different one because you changed the original timeline.

Godsgrave (The Nevernight Chronicle, #2)

Akshaya Sriram is 50% done with Lethal Acoustics

Too many redundant metaphors and similes. The language is just not well used. The book seems to have unnecessary scenes where all the protagonist does is wander around and make random descriptions. Two pages of this fluff could be reduced to two sentences.

But so far the plot behind the scenes seem a little intriguing.
