And then Oliver kills James for killing Richard and THAT’S why he’s in prison? But we’re supposed to think he took the fall for Richard’s murder? Right????

Did James also end up dead? And that’s why Oliver was imprisoned? Did Philippa kill Richard and Oliver killed James? Or was James the culprit in Richard’s death?

Actually, could Baghra be the firebird? Is that why she needs the fire always? Is that why she lived so long? As the phoenix, she rises from the ashes?

Could Morozova be the Darkling’s father? Maybe Baghra knew him personally. I mean if the Darkling is several hundred years old then Baghra should be even older. Also, are all Darklings amplifiers or just the current Darkling? And is there some connection there? Morozova’s amplifiers, the Darkling being an amplifier?

I have a theory about the picture of st. Ilya. So he’s depicted coming out of a lake with mountains behind him. Well, when Alina and Nikolai et al. crashed the Hummingbird, it was in a lake beyond some mountains. And I think it might be the place where the Firebird is seen on the picture. So when Nikolai walked out on the shore sopping wet I just pictured him as st. Ilya with the mountains in the background.

Are we going to get an explanation as to why Mal is such a good tracker? I mean, it seems like a Grisha-esque gift, but if not there should be some kind of backstory there. It’s a bit annoying that he keeps saying he ”just knows” or ”can feel it”.

Okay so, as we know, Alexander found Richard. And the person to find the victim should always be a suspect. It would make sense that Alexander killed Richard, but it doesn’t make sense why, if so, Oliver would take the blame. It would also make sense that James would kill Richard, and why Oliver took the blame. However, Philippa is not to be underestimated.She is, after all awfully chummy with Jailbird Oliver.

I’ve been suspecting this from the beginning, but James and Oliver are definitely in love with eachother
