The illustrator’s section was interesting. She didn’t really observe things in a singular sense. It was more like a scene. She actually painted some of the things they saw and the paintings are included in the book which is neat.
She saw places and people not as objects or decorations but as more of an opportunity to explore and learn and possibilities for interaction.

Just finished the typographers section. Real dry.

On the typographers section and it’s soooo dry.

On the geologists walk and it’s surprisingly very interesting. Central Park was manufactured. The rocks have lines on them from glaciers moving across them! Very cool!
