Well I can confidently say that this is definitely already better than the other prequel, so that's good news.

This is actually so fun and charming

Been thinking a lot about my relationship with GR and how I basically stopped writing reviews for a long time in part because I had authors eviscerate me for them or other people on here eviscerate me for them, which was fairly embarrassing since I wrote many of them in my early 20s, when I was young to life experience, but the thing is that I do kind of miss writing them, so maybe I will, again.

I expected this to be good but man, I’m loving it so much it has me contemplating watching “The Tudors” again even though I know it gets bad (and yea I know the book has an adaptation, too).

Wow. Conroy is an absolutely beautiful and lyrical writer.
