Thinking I maybe should have waited for November to start this, with Thanksgiving and all, but… I have been wanting to read this for a while. So. Excited to get into it!

I gave the first half of this 2.75 stars years ago. But I may just not really like Grant Morrison's writing? Giving it another shot, going to read the whole thing. Only 12 issues.

Really fun summer read... ,_, Real talk, though, really well-written and engaging.

This feels longer than it really is, but it's well-written and well-researched. Just taking so long to get through.

I'm going to commit a cardinal library sin if this is due to my library on Saturday. I will just pay the overdue fine.

Snatched this right off the new books shelf at my library. I didn’t even know they were ordering it. So excited even though it’s got pretty crappy reviews/ratings. This is my first book by this author.

Funny in some parts, serious in others. Really enjoying reading this so far.

This is so good. I didn't really expect the social commentary for some reason. Either way, I love it.

Can't wait to finish this. Very good. Maybe better than Maeve Fly.

This is the first John Green I've read since reading most of his YA stuff like a decade ago. It's pretty good.

Really eating this up. Came to the conclusion that Grady Hendrix is my favorite author, but this is the only novel of his I haven't read, since it's new.

Wow. That twist? Bad in a bad way. Took me out of the entire overwhelmingly positive reading experience. Also... This isn't horror lol.

Debating even finishing these next two stories. It took me too long to get through "At the Mountains of Madness."

Actively tried to fall asleep while reading this on my lunch break at work. I'm notoriously bad at reading self-help. My eyes glaze over even though the titles and descriptions catch my eye, and I want to read them. So... I may DNF this.

It’s been so slow. There are so many major and minor characters that I can barely keep up. And it’s taking forever to pick up. Like the slowest burn, and not in a good way.

This is surprisingly...boring. I see it recommended and cited often enough to suggest differently, and yet...

I'm a sucker for DC Black Label. I see it, I grab it. I just looked at the ones I've read on here, though, and they rarely hit over 3 stars... -_-

The foreword by James Gunn hyped me up. Not sure how I only heard of this a few months ago.

I'm hooked so far. I read the description and forgot it a while ago. Decided not to read the description again before starting, which may be something I do now when I'm picking books off my TBR.

I can kinda see why it has a low average rating. It really is a memoir with bits of history thrown in. So far, at least.

This is so good. Some surprisingly sad stuff. Alan is ejected from the Navy and has to check himself into conversion therapy. AT ARKHAM ASYLUM. Uh, exCUSE ME? Spooky.

Wow, this has a lot of bad reviews. Might not have checked it out if I'd known. Luckily it's short, so I am willing to give it a shot.
