…poor guy doesn’t get along with his Mom. I feel sorry for her too…

I started reading this in October of 2024 but just the sample. I was finally able to borrow this from the library. I wasn’t about to spend $20 even after discount no matter how interesting the book seemed. Finally a character who seems to have respect for his dead father.

…what it is about people who are attracted to each other but are beating around the bush this much.
I was excited to see McNally High School mentioned, a school I almost attended and knew it was Edmonton even before the author mentioned it!

I started reading this book a while ago and I’m surprised it’s been almost 2 years! It got ‘lost’ in the ‘pile’ of books I’m constantly reading…

A very informative book. I’ve finished section 1.

I’m stuck at this point in the book. Maybe I will finish it some day.

It’s very interesting to learn about early Christianity in such detail as the author describes.

I can tell this will be a long and dreamy read with lovely descriptions of food…
