I found this book at a friend's house and cried on reading the first few pages. Had to go and buy it for myself

so far much better writing

The world is interesting and there is good ingredients but this author does not know how to write an actual story. Will see if I can keep going

I need a break from this because it's extremely disturbing. Horror movies don't touch this

I mean Im in love with this author who is on par with Leigh Bardugo for sharp complicated felons and impossible odds

Since I dont read the blurb in my books after downloading I stepped into this book blind. Only realised how many similarities were to Anne of Green Gables 😂

Im horrified. She writes so well and its just smooth reading. But the content - just so sad and makes me feel sick. Makes me want to hug my babies tight and work hard to not go anywhere near the toxicity of Jenette's late mother.

I accidentally opened this thinking I was clicking on the last book of the Clocktuars Wars. And just now as Ive went to add it to my "currently reading", found that the complete change in characters were not an added prologue but a completely different book. But I can't bring myself to stop reading because holy heck its very entertaining. 😂

Finding Joey extremely unlikeable

This book has been just bloody dragging. So close to the end yet I go on to bigger and better things..soon
