Hedonism sounds like a pretty good gig at first. Sex and food? Works for me! But it becomes a lot less fun when orgies break out around you, and you take a fist to the face because somebody else wants him.

This third book is a little different, because we're on Earth instead of Aos. Maybe it's the Hedonism, maybe it's because he's a god, but Kassam seems way less confused than the women who were yanked over to Aos.

Three chapters in, and this book is making me deeply uncomfortable. I'm going to have to put it on hold for a while.

This story very entertaining. HOWEVER. I'm a little annoyed with the really obvious stuff the MC is missing. She's a cop. She notices that a character moves like a cop, but she never wonders why. Something mystical and funky happens with her ex, and she brushes it off. Someone swears an oath that they didn't commit the murder, but she doesn't notice that they were careful not to mention if they knew who did.

Yepper. Looks like I was right.

Pretty sure I've got the who, how, and why figured out already.

Definitely needs better editing. So far the condom has gone on the wrong dick, and been removed and disposed of two paragraphs in a row.

Pardon me while I blubber my way through this whole book.

Turns out skeezy boyfriend number one was a serial killer! He's now locked up in a hospital for the criminally insane. No word yet on if he was the dog cooker, or if it was the other guy.

The dog cooker is dead. Or so we thought. Now there's a second murderer. This is making less and less sense.

The bad guy just COOKED HER DOG.

I bet you fifty bucks she's about to catch her husband cheating with another man.
