Some say life is an arc rather than a circle. The theory being that different phases growing up return in opposite order once a person is past their prime. By that model, my guess is Bo’s mother has hit the senior equivalent of a teenager: rebellious, stubborn, angsty, with an often-inappropriate sense of humor.
