Britta is 26% done with Ravensbrück: Life and Death in Hitler's Concentration Camp for Women
This is one of those books that you switch off reading with others that tell less horrific stories. The history of Ravensbrück is so, so important, and there are some really wonderful nuggets of history present throughout these pages. Helm is also such an engaging storyteller.....but dang, the cruelty documented here makes me want to throw my Kindle out the window sometimes. And I'm only at 26%...

Britta is starting Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking
When I first read Quiet in 2013, the idea that it was normal to be an introvert with introverted tendencies BLEW MY FREAKING MIND (Susan Cain deserves a big applause for changing my life and the lives of many others). I'm interested to see what I take away from it now, given that I'm way more comfortable in my introverted skin.
