Reading this because the kiddo wanted me to. It’s pretty good, actually!

This series is really pulling me in. So good!

This book is so hard to read, not because of horror elements. But because of the devastation to this poor human being. It’s the saddest story.

So Tomie is supposed to be this monster who drives men to murder her over and over again. And like, yeah she’s mean and cruel and haunts everyone, but not sure how I feel about this trope. Is it misogynist? They all blame Tomie for their behavior…..

I am absolutely into this series now. Totally doesn’t seem like my thing, but I love the characters, and it’s so emotional.

Wow, wow, wow. I cannot believe I have not heard of this author sooner. Absolutely amazing short stories. Mysterious and creepy. Even my son couldn’t put one of the stories down. (I still have to read the rest to make sure they are okay for him to read). Full of unreliable narrators, which I love. Not for people who don’t like loose threads!

Holy crap. I only just started this book, but it is completely gripping me because this woman’s thoughts are so so so familiar. The rage and resentment that are completely normal, yet making mothers feel SO abnormal.
