Pug has built his house, taking Katala back to it, met up with Laurie who is in kahoots with Kasumi of the Shinazawi to sneak through the rift and make peace with the Kingdom of the Isles.

Good, only on Chapter 4. Sometimes think his story’s are a bit slow moving. Lots of adventuring/traveling…

Really good. A lot less takes place in La Serenissima than I thought. Love the series. Solid sequel. 8.5/10

Really good. Celtic influenced, way too many characters. Corban is a great young developing hero character.

Amazing. Sex, beauty, handsome love interest, bravery, excitement. Love it. Phaedra and Jocelin flee the Skaldi steading of Waldemar Selig, she travels to Alba where she convinces the Dal Reida to go to war for Terre De Ange and Ysandre De La Courcel would marry him. They take back Alba, then Hyacinthe becomes Master of the Straits in their way back home. The Albans join the fight.

Melisandre betrayed Prince Beaudoin months after she got him for Phaedra. Then contracts her for the longest night. Delaunay and Alcuin are killed in an attack on their home by D’Aglemort’s men. Phaedra send to Guntars steading with the Scaldic, then Waldemar Selig. She and Joclein flee.

Phaedra is now young anguisette, has had multiple, bordering on numerous assignations. Caught Prince Beaudouin’s eye and Meilsande Sharazai is purchasing her for him. Still 9.5/10

Great introduction and origin story. Based on new version of Europe with similar names, D’Angeline country. Phaedra scion of Anafiel Delaunay de Montreve, with her compatriot Alcuin. Her blooming relationship with Hyacinthe, street boy. She joined Delaunay from House Ceres in the night court. 9.5/10 so far
