The descriptions of strange things falling from the sky are interesting, but not the passages about people going crazy. Lots of discussion of motherhood and children, too. Not fond of that.

1st chapter is prologue. Then it's a bunch of chapters(I'm in the middle of 7) of introducing characters and the town and I just don't care.
