This book is proving to be a slow read for a novel for me but in the BEST way possible. Some passages are so beautifully written that I need to annotate and there are so many references to concepts and species that I feel compelled to follow up on outside of this book. Hoping to dedicate some serious time for a deep dive reading session - no pun intended!
