I believe that if the main character went to jail, Augustus Bedloe. He would be busted for using high dosages of morphine and selling it illegally. This is because he uses morphine a lot in the beginning of the story making me think that it could be some form of symbolism.

One character that I absolutely did not like, was Quinn Rucker (who committed the murder against Judge Fawcett) I think that he was very ignorant and got himself back onto trouble after he was released from prison. He committed the ultimate crime after his release and had no chance of leaving prison if he ever was caught.

The main character in my book is clay, but most of the time the narrating is done by Hannah. Clay listens to the old tapes Hannah made before she killed herself.

I wonder if Montag has mental issues after he talks of the "Dead beast and living beasts"

I was wondering why Montag was so attached to the girl in the beginning I don't know why he is like this but I assume this symbolizes something.

The theme for Next is, I believe that the author is trying to say, in order to be successful in life you don't need luck, you just need to put in hard work to everything you do. I see this because Derrick has been struggling with basketball. In order for him to get better he has to work towards bettering himself instead of doing the things he is already good at over ad over again. His coach has stress this to him.

Derrick has been having some conflict in his life. His basketball coach isn't starting him in the games and he is quite upset about that. I believe that is his most significant external conflict. The most significant internal conflict is probably between him and Nick Starks because Derrick like Nick's girlfriend Jasmine and he keeps having conflict with Nick because of it

Derrick was confronted by his basketball coach and he looks at Coach Bolden in a whole new light. Derrick understands he must work on his weaknesses in basketball to succeed and to move forward with his development as a potentially amazing player.

I am reading Next (This book is not on Goodreads) Derrick has decided to tell his parents that his basketball coach is a bit tough on him and he causes a bit of a fight. I noticed Derrick has been alot more sad than he was before so, I think he is feeling this way because he is very stressed if he will make the basketball team for his school because he is only used to Middle School ball
