I am reading and listening to this as read by the author, the latest U.S. Poet Laureate. I am trying to take it slowly and probably won't finish it it until this weekend. It is that kind of book: to be taken slowly, like a stroll through the neighborhood, noticing things that you haven't noticed in earlier walks pre-pandemic.

I'm not much for audiobooks, except in rare circumstances. And this is one of those rare circumstances. I especially was swayed by reimaginings of songs by U2. Now almost 20 hours later, I am glad I bought and listened to this to hear Bono's story in his own voice.
