Just finished the first chapter. This is obviously full of Filipino history and culture. In the front of the book is a glossary and footnotes are prevalent throughout. There is more factual information in the back of the book that I noticed when checking page count. Looking forward to hopefully enjoying this one.

Not much romance so far, but loving these crazy, freakish, halfbreed bitches so much! Go freakish honey badgers! The one, man is she awesome in shifted form!

This author writes beautifully, but there is WAY too much dialogue. The whole story seems to people bickering at each other.

This should be picking up pace soon. Love what I think this building up to... Fingers crossed that I am correct.

So far so good. Great opening.

This has cute illustrations on some of the pages.

I hope this gets better. The writing seems sort of simplistic, and there has been hardly any world building or character developement.

I am REALLY enjoying this book. Add clones to list of awesome. And trains that ride the rails between planetary world's that are living machines.

So, the train that ride the rails in between the planets are thinking machines of sorts. I love this. I hesitate to say this, but nothing has held my interest as much as this since I first read the Harry Potter books. 

I love this book so far. Please book, be good to the end!

This is the perfect length for tomorrow at work! It's interesting, and so far, well written. All Cash's booms have been so far!

Nice so far. Different than what j have read previously from Hill, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

So far we have people catching something that makes them burst out in flames. It is a global wide epidemic, and the world is in a panic. People are afraid to go out, the schools are even shutting down.

I am falling back in super love with Ward. We had a falling ut, but this is just like make up sex!

This is good. Reminds me of the first few books. Those that didn't like the direction that ward took bdb series will probably like where this spinoff series is going. The boys are back. BRING ON THE BROMANCE!

I am loving this. Steampunk for YA finally done right! I love the bug drawn carriages that the rich folk travel in. Fangirling this book. Hope it continues on with greatness.

This is so amazing. We got a little robot, a robot city under the junk yard, and a kid in desparate need of a friend after the dead of his mother and brother. A little robot named Arkie fills that void.

Kate is about to go to Dominatrix school to help her understand why her friend is happy in a S/d relationship/marriage. She thinks that being a sub equals being a slave. There was a steamy sex times scene right off where Kate takes control so I think she will make a great Dom. We will see.

This may be the best book of the year.

I am hoping this works well as a standalone because I haven't read the first book.

This is amazing book for bedtime reading. We have a boy who almost drowned trying to swim to Dead Bone Island, and an octopus who, with the help of a pelican, is searching for his mother who was netted by fishermen. NETGALLEY

This is an amazing book. Sondra ne has been sucked into a snow globe. She is in a fascinating world and has a nasty, vile, violent king wanting her hand in marriage. All she wants to do is be free to make her own choices. She would also like to know how the hall she got into the snow globe in the first place.

The main character reminds me of Elsa from Disney's Frozen. She can munipulate the elements. She fell through the floor of her room and found herself in a new land. One much different than London, where she had been before the fall. This new land is bare and snow covered. She has been wondering around trying to figure out where she is. She just created a ladder out of two icicles. 

This is amazing so far!
