Apparently I read this in 2015, but I have no recollection of it. Unmemorable.

A lot of research, but not enough. Helicopters do not have wheels, they have skids.

For someone whose actions and feelings are supposed to be so immovable, she seems to be fairly pliable.

It's disappointing thus far. I expected it to be clean of swear words because, well, it's Ally Carter, and her books have been fairly clean. A couple chapters in and I have already been assaulted with the f-bomb several times over.

Grammar is killing me

Exceedingly boring beginning, but picked up about 35-40% into the book. Grammar is killing me though.

Seriously bored enough with this that I keep forgetting about it.

One chapter in and there are at least 17 different grammar and punctuation problems. It's not looking good for this one.

Anger burbling?

Intro the plot twist with the Qwarm bad guy. When will the Qwarm learn?

Mixed emotions at this time. While I appreciate the literary genius of Proust, the storyline itself gets bogged down by exploratory writing. Each exquisite detail is extraordinary, yet there are many who will not be able to appreciate the mastery.

Really quite struggling to get through this. The grammar is not great. Supposedly it is translated, not sure which language, and the tenses are often mixed up, which makes the grammar almost tortuous.
Though the storyline isn't bad, it seems lacking. It is full of a lot of descriptive paragraphs that tend to bog down the story. It also seems to be filled with strange variations of words.

Tried again. Really struggling with staying interested with this.

Can't seem to get into this one.
