I am reading this one at a leisurely pace so I can get lost in the setting. I absolutely loved WaterMoon by this author and this is giving the same vibes! It is very whimsical and paints such an imaginative background. I am thoroughly enjoying it so far and can't wait to continue :)

This book has been on my tbr for far too long. I feel like this was the perfect timing for me to pick it up though. I am captivated!

one hour left of the audiobook! The theory is interesting but there are many time gaps to fill and we are making quite the assumptions of Carl Balsiger. I personally believe the George Hodel theory is more plausible. I feel that a practiced surgeon could still wield a butchers knife just as easy. This case will always be shrouded in mystery but I still found this interesting. Also highly recommend the hulu doc!!

It is starting to feel like bird box so I am into it!

I have 2 hours left of this audiobook but a character dynamic I was really enjoying came to a screeching halt because someone died. It has made me not want to continue. Just taking a brief pause from this one :/

My libby hold expired before I could get to finish reading :( UGH!!!
