Sofia is 78% done with Empire of Purity: The History of Americans' Global War on Prostitution (Politics and Society in Modern America)

Some thoughts so far:
- the exploration of US colonialism and actions in the Philippines was good
- i liked the exploration of the intersections of racism, poverty, and sex work, as well as gendered violence.
- a bit repetitive
- not sure if I'm the biggest fan of the narrative style

Sofia is 37% done with A Drop of Corruption (Shadow of the Leviathan, #2)

I really want to sit down and properly read this, it's so good. Bennett is shaping up to be one of my favourite authors this year.

However, I'm so busy :( it's difficult. Highly recommend this series and I know that this year I'm going to end up reading all his books.
