This is supposed to be a grown man, y’all.

Forget the side braid bun thing. Apparently letting down your “prim and proper hair” shows off you “natural sexiness” and caused every single male within a 10 foot radius to fight over you. Who knew?

“He’d seemed stunned, almost like a man who had finally realized she was a woman. Weird thought, but that’s what it had felt like. She liked him looking at her like she was a woman. A sexy woman. Because she didn’t feel sexy most of the time.”

What is with this woman and side braids pulled back into buns?

This book makes no sense. I’m not a business woman, but I’m pretty sure this is not how you conduct a business.

Literally every time I turn the page two new characters are introduced. I’ve committed none to memory.
