Mr. Thor knows how to craft the story putting you inside Scot Harvath's emotions as he chases the hidden enemies to stop unspeakable horrors while his own government becomes his protagonist as well.

I just finished Takedown: A Thriller (Scot Harvath Book 5) and gave it 5 stars. Outstanding suspense action thriller. Brad Thor is fast becoming my favorite author of suspense action thrillers.

Very interesting book by a very interesting author. I recommend reading it regardless of political philosophy. Dr. Carson is a highly successful man who came from poverty to prominence in his field by his own bootstraps. He loves this country and the opportunity it provides to all.

I don't know if I will read much more. Dave Barry's reference to it in "You Can Date Boys When You're Forty" sent me to the book to get a feel for it. Not really the kind of writing or story line I enjoy.

Finished my first book by Lisa Scottoline and really enjoyed it. A very good who done it with more twists than a pretzel.

Finished. Barry doing what he does best, expressing in humor all of life's little events. I had forgotten how much fun his books are to read.
