This is easily my least favourite Nordika Night book, which is not to say I dislike it exactly. It's not straying very far from my expectations for the experience, but it did feel a little chaotic in an accidental way that causes the feeling of being dropped down in the middle of the story.

Wanted something that didn't require a lot of brain power, and this was on sale for 5 bucks.

It's fine, but...

This isn't the first time I'm saying this, and I suspect it's hardly the last time I will. One of my Squicky icks is characters that come across as very neurodivergent but get the Sheldon Cooper treatment. Their quirks / social struggles get acknowledged, but there's on page clarification.
