This one I’m listening to on Audible. I saw the TV series and thought I should read the original.

It’s simple to listen to and kind of science-y.

Interesting for sure.

Magic is interesting. The story is slow to start, but once it gets going, you really want to know where it will lead.

I like knowing what the enemy is thinking, but in this book, you don't really even know who the enemy is. That said, the story is interesting. It's an easy read, with not too many characters to keep track of right from the start.

It's a very slow book. You have to get to 75% of it before you see her powers being used for a second time. Most of the story is done in the last 3 chapters.

since it's a small book it's not so bad the characters are interesting. well the 4 or 5 characters.

Is it worth it. If you have an afternoon and you wants something fast to read this could be it.

It's a bit simplistic but once you accept that part you can enjoy the story and the fast pace. It's well written as well.

When you invent to many words sometimes you loose track of what is. Good story but to many made up words for my taste.
