When a book starts off with THIS many gut punches, I worry what the rest of the series will be like...

Henry VIIIs part was alright. A good intro into Anne Boleyns story. 3/5 stars

Katharine of Aragons section was phenomenal. 4.5/5 stars. I would have preferred to also read of her life during the trial, otherwise it was fantastic.

I can't picture her hair...
