Molly is as hilarious on audio as she is on screen! I have loved listening to her life’s story and seeing just from where her humor, her grit, and her joy come.

Absolutely blown away by this book. I had no idea how much Minka has been through, that she’s a licensed scrub nurse, that she never intended to be an actress. A woman I’ve always seen as graceful and meek has experienced so much heartache, abuse, and brokenness and has still come out to carry herself with style and depth.

Raw, heartbreaking, beautifully written—this book describes the childhood no one would want as their own.

Truly, from chapter 10-12 is also difficult to listen to. There is a lot of abuse through them. They’re important, but take care reading/listening.

This memoir is painful and beautiful and something worth listening to (Paris narrates) instead of reading. It is full of the horrors and abuse that Paris was exposed to through her young life.

Chapter 8 is brutal to listen to—so take caution.
