This series is far better than ACOTAR. But ACOTAR is paced in a way I enjoy more. But wow I really like Aelin. Despite what I’ve read in the comments of this book I think Aelin changing and becoming more dependent on others (specifically Rowan) isn’t that diff than who she was when she was with sam.

If Tolstoy knew about asexuality… would The Kreutzer Sonata have been written? A lot would have been different, namely his relationship with Sophie would not exist or would have been kept in secret. If his political philosophy regarding sex is that it’s repugnant due to the inevitable inequality reached between men and women… then Is his issue humanitarian or patriarchal? Or neither or both or more?
