Cassia added a status update

Adding more arctic adventure nonsense to my to-read because I am a glutton for punishment. Will be a moment though, busy getting through my current pile.
Mayra has me in a bit of stranglehold right now. Deeply captivated by revisiting the toxic friendship of youth. I had a few of my own.

Cassia is starting Gothic Tales

Trying to NOT read Frankenstein for the billionth time and give another author some chance to give me some gothic flare. Especially from one I enjoy so much in other genres.

Cassia is on page 312 of 437 of The City We Became (Great Cities, #1)

I’ve been very busy so in between my bursts of devouring this book and working I haven’t had much time to articulate my thoughts. Bullet points:
* ah personified cities! Reminds me of axis powers hetalia which did the same with countries but to a more comedic anime effect.
* this is REALLY good. The battle visuals and the lovecraftian angles. Like YAS girl take that racist fuckers story and make um about poc!!!
