What a brilliant book. This is what I want for an alien invasion story. The mantis like animals , like tyranids, come, consume, reproduce and go to another planet. How they survive, how they go, we don't know. Omega ending 5/5

Second story..set on mars, this one deals with something ,(machine) hat was discovered on it and proceeds with killing them. Quite good. Omega ending

First tale remind me of something I've seen or watch. Its a hunt of a chameleon alien alike being. Great characters. Bloody and despair. It remind me reading that there were elephants graveyards where elephants went to die. Must search if it's true. Omega Ending ( just for me)

I like uffe. Doesn't behave like a woman at all. So badly written but ok. But on line 6 she became a " uffe shrugged his shoulders"... Damn Joshua. Editor?

Gemma Amor tale remind me of Bentley Little way of storytelling. The association of halloween. So good.

Is these interconnected short stories, novelettes in the same town? Hmm
