Despite the title this was not the fun read I thought it might be. I picked it up after reading an article by another author around the time of the book’s release who has spent time “hanging out “ with Shelia and she sounded so fun and cool! Unfortunately the book came across as very academic- she is one so that makes sense but it’s not geared towards a casual reader. Oh well, I got through it eventually.

So so good. Amazing and accessible insight into the incredible works of art at 1 of the most famous museums in the world, interwoven with a human story of grief, life and growing. Recommend!!

Not just a terrible book but incredibly frustrating to read as well. He refers to many interesting stories but rarely tells one through with any detail and has no sense of storytelling or drama.
