Really loving this so far. The character development, the slow burn. Plus, having read the Rebel Blue Ranch series, I like that these characters feel a bit grittier. Throughout her books, all of her characters have been unique to themselves.

Listening to the audiobook. Really love the story. The main character, Suze - dang, this girl really has an attitude. She is tough, pretty emotionally insensitive considering she’s been interacting with ghosts for years, but I guess dealing with real life issues and dead people’s issues must be a drain on her empathy….
