I am begging authors to let us see how capable a woman is without the internal monologue being “if only I was a man, I wouldn’t be having this problem etc etc etc.”
WE GET IT!!!! Doesn’t need to be rehashed every other paragraph my goodness I’m exhausted.
Anyway, I love the adventure of this so far, but the reminders of the hardship of being female every two seconds really grates on me.

The tone of this is already a bit insufferable. Bring a woman in the what? Middle Ages was probably not great but we GET IT!!! Don’t need it hammered about in every paragraph to understand that women have an unfairly hard time lol
