Elizabeth and Yonge met in Oxford in June 1870!

Reading as I have time. Thank you inter-library loan! The first sentence amuses me: “Elizabeth Wordsworth is one of the great figures in the women’s movement, a cause in which she took not the faintest interest” (1).
