The heroine, Francesca, is extremely annoying, with her going on and on and on and on about her feelings for her (ex)fiance.

I don't know. I'm still in the prologue, but having trouble getting past the cover photo of that stupid cat, LYING on the food table!

I'm about 2/3 done, and while I am enjoying the story, I have long been over Fiona. I'd like to have punched her out right after the robbery.

I am sure this book could be a lot shorter, if only they didn't constantly repeat all the stuff about signing and interpreting. Also, we don't need to hear Dani and Diesel thinking about their non-relationship Every.Single.Time. they come into the picture.

And, did you ever see so many abused children/adults as children in one space, other than a support group?

It's not just this book, but why don't authors write in complete sentences anymore?

It's so annoying!

I know that education levels in the US have gone downhill, badly, but most published authors should be well past that stage!

I am so sick of that stupid Angie, that I'm almost ready to dump this book and series.

I am enjoying this book; it's a nice, gentle portrayal of family and life in times past.

That said, it does drag somewhat. While I'm not expecting James Patterson action, it's just too long.

I was ready to quit this at about pg 45. I can't stand all the stupid 'dog mommy and baby' crap. I read these because Addie DOES NOT have a pet!

I'm having trouble getting into this book.

They are all the same - a new psychic joining the team, falling in love with a member, and a bad guy trying to take over someone's mind.

They spend so much time talking about their 'abilities' and changes to same, that it's annoying.

I'm only 40 pages in, and have probably already had that many mentions of how tight his pants are / how hard he is / how much he should avoid getting involved with a client / why she should not get involved with him.

I was about ready to ditch this book, because I cannot STAND that cow, Paloma. Luckily, she walked away, and I hope she stays gone!

I'm not really liking this book. I expect I will mostly skim, to find out who the bad guy is, and then skip the rest of the CP books.

I've read enough books about racism, KKK, and other jerks, that I don't need to waste my time on more of their disgusting behaviour.

I'm reading this book slowly, as I've had company. I am also finding it hard to get into. I don't much like the Maggie being portrayed, and hope she comes to her senses before I DNF it.

I've just started this book, but must say I was disgusted to see the front cover featuring a cat lying on the tea table, tail in the food. Gross!

75 pages in and I'm already tired of the treatment of the women. I also do not consider a bodice-ripper type cover, only with a man half undressed, to be a 'western'. Since when do cowboys work with their shirt undone all the way to their navel?

This book really does drag on. I'm sure it could have been 100 - 150 pages shorter, if she'd just get to the point!

I'm not far in, but I'm already wondering WHY on earth this book needs to be so long!

I don't need the bad guy to say the same things to himself, in his mind, every.single.time. he appears.

I've read the worst reviews, and will stick with it for now, as I've enjoyed other books by KR, but I will definitely be skimming.
