I'm struggling with whether to bother with this book, and have since the beginning. It's pretty dark, and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long.
Most books do NOT need to be anywhere near 600 pages, especially with so much repetition of people's thoughts.
