I'm about to DNF this one. So far, it isn't very dystopian. Just pages and pages of the narrator's life before the outbreak. Pretty boring.

I can’t keep going with this book. Having just finished Dream State, which was depressing AF, I’m not in the right headspace. Perhaps I’ll come back to it one day but for now, I’m setting it aside.

This might be my favorite Heller book yet.

Specifically, "The Papergirl" by my pal RL Gehringer. (I may or may not have been the inspiration for the main character, or at least her name.)

Putting this one aside for a bit because two books I had on hold at the library became available at the same time!

Ok, I might be obsessed. This is my third Crouch book in a row.

I know this book technically doesn’t fall under the “humor” or “comedy” umbrella, but it sure is funny. It’s got me chuckling out loud every few minutes.

Ever reach the point in a book where you just want it to be over? Yeah, that.

Giving this one another try.

I’m really enjoying it and put it aside only because another book I’d had on hold for a while became available!

I'm disappointed. Not in the book, but disappointed in myself for not being able to get even halfway through it. Moving on...
