A cozy satisfying romance.

This was a really interesting concept for a book. A new husband every time the husband goes up into the attic! What could have ended up tedious was a well developed, interesting story with a relatable main character. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

Fun, sports romance. Lots of spice!

DNF. The writing was uneven. Some of the stories were interesting but they averaged non-compelling. The stories often had a strong Christian faith component, which isn’t necessarily bad, but felt like it came out of nowhere in some of the stories.

Super fun book. I liked it even better than Grounded for Life.

Everything Booktok said it would be! Dragon riders and war games and intrigue and some spice. I can’t wait to read the next one in the series.

I enjoyed the dive into Greek mythology in this second book. It felt a little like a black Rick Riordan adventure.
