I'm not at liberty to discuss what I've been briefed on in this book thus far.

I didn't intentionally start reading this because its Halloweentime but, it does add a nice bit of theming to the season.

Very inept EMTs though. The more I think about it, the more I believe Phil has a lawsuit on his hands.
