started this forever ago, then had a reading slump and forgot about it. oops. so time to start over.

so instead of only growing my tbr ive taken up growing my “currently reading” too.
about to dive into acowar for the second time and i am Not ready so. this might be fun to read tonight.

time for a re-read cause i don’t know what else to read despite my ever growing tbr!

reading this in dutch, but the dutch version on here didn’t have a cover whatsoever.

got this as a gift after being baptised this summer (how’s that for a lore drop?).

well. i still enjoy the writing style, but.. eh. but i’m not even halfway done so maybe it’ll get better!

i am just choosing to distance myself from whatever this book makes me feel when i’m reading it, like… i’ll push the emotions away, i guess? but then i’m not reading it and i realise that even though ive somehow been able to keep myself from crying, i still feel sad.

gosh. yeah. this is so heavy already and it’s.. well. it doesn’t sugarcoat things. so i’m trying to detach myself from all this

i mean, since i fear A Little Life is gonna be heavy, i’m just gonna be reading two books at the same time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

pausing cause i’m not in the mood for an arrogant mmc (even though that’s probably a facade) and sure i’ve heard great things about this book but i cannot be bothered rn. also weirdly not in the mood for books in past tense rn so will come back later

i just. don’t know what i want to read. catch me with twenty books on my tbr.
