oh

I understand G.H. on a spiritual level it's not even funny

I'm on page 3 and I already had to put the book down because it was making me panic about my real life. Incredible start

fitz is still having the worst day of his life and I haven't read about the fool in three chapters I don't like it here

I feel miserable this is so sad

every time Fitz mentions the Fool my hands start tingling I want to know more about this character so badly

this book is so sad what the hell

reading this book makes me wish for a rainy summer where I do nothing expect immersing myself in the story (I'm really liking it)

I could be having the worst day of my life but sorcha still gonna have a worse one

it's taking me so long to finish this but it's very old school fantasy in a way it's quite comforting not to binge it

this is exactly what I was looking for

I never really struggled with a book before (excluding the ones that I didn't like of course) but it's taking me so long to get through this mainly because it hits too close to home. I'll probably put it on hold, I see myself too much in the words of the protagonist it's kinda unsettling eh

“as indeed literature is impoverished beyond our counting by the doors that have been shut upon women”

it's so unbelievably heartbreaking reading the thoughts of another woman and realising that we've always been angry

trust Dazai to cling to life with the most absurdist resolve I love this author so much

I'm on my KNEES because what do you mean that Captain Wentworth drops the most gorgeous lines about devotion and I should just move on

reading this book feels like taking crack cocaine they don't make yearning like this anymore
