Decided to read this series again. There's even a few I haven't read. 🎉

Halfway through the novel and it’s breathtaking in detail and imagery. I’ve always known Clavell was a genius, but this knowledge came from a different perspective. I was a fan of the adaptation.
The miniseries had such a profound impact on my perception of how the world was and had been, in ways that I would not even comprehend for decades afterwards. Reading the source now, as an adult is an amazing treat.

Really really enjoying my return to PERN! I'm impressed with Gigi thus far.

Starting my first new PERN novel in years.

So far it's very similar to the Tales from novels, which I absolutely loved!

Another book I've started last night. Currently in the second story. The first one was quite chilling and well done. Set the bar high for the rest of the compilation.
I just hope I can enjoy it without trying to reconcile every single aspect with 'Legends' canon versus currently accepted canon. 🙄😜😆

Finally getting started on this novel. It was recommended by my friend Lori in one of her awesome monthly essays on Facebook. Also discovered that the movie adaptation is coming out next year with an all star cast.
If the writing and storyline are even half as interesting as the premise, I'm expecting a hit.

I am totally exited to finally get more from this wonderful new series!

Done except for reviewing, which can wait. Overall I liked it but not loved.

Just starting this run on the mythos. A new study for me.

Finished the first 2 chapters via the digital DL on the Fire, and will finish by HC. It is a little strange reading Luke through 1st person, but I do like it so far:)

Enjoying the story itself, yet disappointed with direction of the series.

Done and on to book three.

I'm seriously considering getting my next few books on Audible.
