Not loving the writing style. Or the characters. The FMC’s sister is adamant about an Austen themed wedding and it’s mentioned several times already it’s a huge part of her personality. But no reason is ever given.
Basically, I’m just annoyed. So moving on.

Usually books like this are my jam. All the reviews say witty banter and fun. I’m feeling neither. There have also been several discrepancies - not sure if that’s a writer issue or mistakes of the narrator. Either way…

I’m just not enjoying Madison. She’s annoying. I really liked the previous books but just don’t feel like sticking with this one.
