Done with Fellowship of the Ring. It‘s so good every time!

What?!

Imagine reading a Japanese book. That takes place during Covid in Germany. Specifically in Göttingen, where I went to university. And apparently the protagonist is studying medieval saints iconography? WTF?! The first 20 pages were already wild with detailed description of the city. I knew exactly where everything was. I'm having a time!

Aaaahahahaha! My book has little icons at the beginning of the chapter and I just realised they are all different. And one of the earlier ones just spoiled something for me. But I LOVE it! I didn’t get it when I read that chapter but it makes so much sense and just fits perfectly!

WTF! That was like 4 plot twists in one sentence and I was only prepared for one.

I did not expect the name of the city where I was born to be mentioned here. lol

Hahaha. The whole time it was bugging me that one of the POVs was a man called Basia because that’s a woman‘s name in Poland and I thought they didn’t do their research. But they actually addressed this now and it‘s perfect! Amazing!
