I’m really struggling with this one. It’s nowhere close to the level of previous books in the series.

This girl is so immature. She has this completely arbitrary deadline for meeting her future husband. The only reason I’m still reading this is because I’m waiting for a hold on another book from the library to be filled. At this point she has finally gotten together with the MMC, but since there’s almost 20% of the book left she time to screw it up. I’m not holding my breath to see any growth.

I’m only 26 pages in, and I want to take a pillow and smother the friend,Laleh, to get her to shut up.
