Finally we get to Holly Gibney. And to my horror, Will Patton is reading her voice in the most obnoxious way possible to listen to. I’m doing my best to stick with it, and I’m intrigued even though I know what happens. But man this is such an unnecessarily long book.

This book is way too long. At least I’ve already seen the miniseries so I know what happens but good gods. I think this also might be the first Stephen King novel I’ve actually read. It’s mostly good. But. Repetitive and very long. Will Patton does a good job on audio, too. I’m hoping it won’t be a DNF.
