The more I read the more I love this book.

I am flying through this. What an incredible memoir.

Oh no, Tairn’s voice is RIDICULOUS. I wanted grumpy old man. This is… spoiled rich guy? Reminds me of an unlikable character in Skyrim that I can’t place at the moment…

This book is growing on me. But I’m still… concerned.

Am starting to think this book should actually qualify as horror, and maybe the author should have leaned into it more, as I suspect we’re going to go down a turn of romance, full of toxicity. I am not excited. But the style of prose is quite well done and fun to read at least.

This book is… weird. I think in a good way? Too early to be sure.

This graphic audio is going to ruin everyone’s voices in my head when I re-read the physical book, but I want to give it a fair chance. It’s just… not doing the story justice at all. Hopefully the regular audiobook is better.

I’ll finish this one just so I can write a review but I can’t listen to any more of these graphic audios.

Yes, I am already re-reading this series, but this time - with graphic audio! So far… Mira sounds like original Siri, Violet sounds too young, and Xaden and Rhi sound… wrong. Both their voices are deeper in my head. Weird without chapters and epigraphs, too. But I shall carry on.
