Amber is on page 40 of 537 of Like a Bomb Going Off: Leonid Yakobson and Ballet as Resistance in Soviet Russia
This book is so much more than a biography, it's a history of Russia, the soviet regime, and how the arts are the embodiment of politics, particularly dance. And a wonderful section on military movement and meaning.

All the essays so far are extremely informative for the history of immigration law, specifically how the laws have been sculpted to exclude and degrade any identity outside a patriarchal, hetero normative structure. I didn't prefer the essay by Erica Rand, the analogies and theoretical underpinnings were not strong enough to stick to her desired critical points towards queering lady liberty.
