The real ending of this book is on page 358. I wish acknowledgements, rsources and notes weren't counted in page count so percentage of book read would be accurate... lol

Also I am finding some of the things this doctor writes to strange. This includes the conclusions hes draws. I want to go back and underline stuff and maybe make notes of it here later.
