This is the first poetry book I read from Olive Senior, Jamaican Poet Laureate currently living in Toronto.
Pandemic Poems take a deep look into the first wave of the COVID-19 virus - grief, loss, new words, new reflections and all the systemic issues uncovered during this past year and some months.
I loved that Olive shared most of my feelings along views on inequality, inequity and a long etcetera.
